When am I charged?
You are not charged until your first dispute letters are generated. This is required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). You will never be billed for services not yet rendered.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard with no penalties. You also have a 3-day right to cancel after signing your service agreement, with no charge.
Can I do this myself for free?
Absolutely. You have the legal right to dispute inaccurate items on your credit report yourself at no cost. Our service saves you time by automating the analysis, letter writing, and certified mailing process.
What types of items can you dispute?
We help dispute items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or unauthorized — including hard inquiries, collections, late payments, charge-offs, and public records. We never dispute accurate, verified information.
How long does it take to see results?
Credit bureaus have 30–45 days to investigate each dispute. Most clients see initial results within 1–2 months. Results vary based on your individual credit profile.
How are dispute letters sent?
Letters are printed and mailed via certified mail with tracking through Lob.com, a USPS-integrated mailing service. You can track every letter's delivery status from your dashboard.
Which credit bureaus do you dispute with?
We send dispute letters to all three major credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — as well as directly to original creditors and collection agencies when appropriate.
Is this legal?
Yes. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), consumers have the legal right to challenge inaccurate or unverifiable information on their credit reports. Limitless Capital operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
What information do I need to get started?
You'll need a government-issued ID and proof of address. During onboarding, you'll also provide details about the negative items on your credit report so our AI can build a personalized action plan.
Do you guarantee results?
No credit repair company can legally guarantee specific results. However, we guarantee that all disputes will be drafted accurately, sent on time via certified mail, and tracked through resolution. Results depend on your individual credit profile and the responses from bureaus and creditors.
