1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Limitless Capital Credit Repair & Funding Specialist(“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Limitless Capital provides credit repair education, AI-powered credit analysis, dispute letter generation, and optional print-and-mail fulfillment services. We act on your behalf to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or unauthorized items on your credit reports with the three major credit bureaus.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not and cannot guarantee specific results, credit score improvements, or the removal of any items from your credit report. Results vary based on individual circumstances. We will never advise you to dispute accurate, verified information.
4. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your service agreement within 3 business days of signing without any charge to you. After the cancellation period, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
5. Payment Terms
In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you will not be charged until services have been rendered. Payment is processed after your dispute letters have been generated. Subscription fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date.
6. Privacy and Data Security
Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
