We collect personal information you provide during registration and intake, including your name, date of birth, last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, address, phone number, email, credit scores, credit report details, and uploaded identity documents. We also collect usage data and payment information processed through Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to generate personalized credit repair plans, create dispute letters, process payments, send notifications, and improve our services. We use AI (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your credit profile and generate letters — your data is processed securely and not used to train AI models.
3. Data Security
All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. SSN information is stored as the last 4 digits only and hashed. Identity documents are stored in private, encrypted storage buckets. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Limitless Capital does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Your financial data is never shared for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processing, mail delivery).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Lob (print and mail fulfillment), and Resend (email delivery). Each service has its own privacy policy and is bound by data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
Client data is retained for 7 years in compliance with FCRA requirements, after which it is permanently purged. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
